<span style="font-size: 1rem;">St. Luke's is an early monastic church, built in the 12th century as a place of worship for Augustinian monks from the nearby St. James Abbey. During the late 13th and early 14th centuries, the church was extended to its existing size with the addition of the south porch, aisles and chancel.
